Where do I start?

When the economy is stagnant and the market is flat or shrinking, executives are always wondering where or when to turn.   Each option has a competing vantage point and group of people who think their option is superior.  So collaboration is frequently undermined by internal competition.   We have found that this internal competition can be minimized by focusing on faces or dividing the competing interests into teams with a common goal: increased sales, worker productivity, process cycle time or common vision. Common goals, that each team has the power to affect reduces conflict, particularly when they are given a forum and measurement for their success or failure.
